Michuksus (Greetings), The Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians celebrates and honors its rich and varied culture by keeping it alive for the younger generations. A complex culture, sacred way of life and sometimes turbulent history is shared by the descendants of the Central Sierra Me-Wuk. The words, wisdom, songs, dances and other art forms are treasures passed down from our ancestors that we respect and work hard to preserve.
